Terms of Service

These terms describe how you may use the NewsPaperDir newspaper directory.

Last updated:

1. Using NewsPaperDir

By using stackovernews.com, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

2. What the service provides

NewsPaperDir organises links to newspapers and digital sources by country and topic. Browsing does not require a NewsPaperDir account or payment. Original articles are read on the publishers' websites, which may have subscriptions, paywalls or other conditions.

We are not the author or publisher of the linked reports. A listing does not constitute an endorsement, partnership or guarantee that a source is accurate or available. The directory is not exhaustive.

3. Directory accuracy

Publisher links and category assignments can contain errors or become outdated. A listing is not proof of factual accuracy, independent confirmation or objective importance. NewsPaperDir no longer offers automated headline cards or hourly article updates.

Check the original publisher and other sources before relying on information. The service is not professional medical, legal, financial or other personalised advice.

4. Publisher content and intellectual property

Third-party articles, headlines, newspaper logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. NewsPaperDir does not claim ownership of publisher reporting. Linking and attribution do not grant you a licence to copy, redistribute or commercially reuse that material.

Rights in NewsPaperDir's own original text, branding and site materials remain with their respective owners, subject to applicable licences and legal exceptions. Do not impersonate this service or imply an affiliation with a publisher without permission.

5. Acceptable use

Use the directory lawfully and without interfering with other visitors or the service. In particular, do not:

6. External websites

Third-party websites control their own content, availability, privacy practices and terms. Your interactions, purchases or subscriptions with a publisher are between you and that publisher. Read the relevant terms before using its services.

7. Corrections, suggestions and rights concerns

You may report a broken link, request a correction or suggest a newspaper. Providing a suggestion does not guarantee inclusion or a response by a particular date. Send only material you are entitled to share.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, email stackovernews@outlook.com with the affected NewsPaperDir URL, a description of the material, your relationship to the rights holder and a reply address. We may request further information to assess the concern.

8. Availability and responsibility

Optional automatic translations are generated by an external service and can omit or mistranslate information, including these terms and the Privacy Policy. Select English to consult the original website wording and seek clarification before relying on a translated passage. Publisher names remain in their original language. Translation availability and language detection are not guaranteed.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete coverage or error-free information. Features and listings may be changed or removed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NewsPaperDir is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on third-party reporting or interruptions beyond its reasonable control. This does not exclude liability or statutory rights where doing so would be unlawful.

9. Privacy and changes to these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains analytics, hosting information, email enquiries and external links. These terms may be updated as the service changes; revisions will appear here with a new update date. Please review this page periodically.

10. Contact
